Q. How do I return the old iPad?

A. Returning the old iPad is easy: first you need to ensure the iPad is decoupled from your iCloud account to protect your security before you return it to us. Please click here to decouple the device. Next simply fill out the form on the “Return the device” section of this website, select your requested collection date and we’ll take care of the rest. We will text you to confirm the collection date and time. Our courier will arrive at your address with special packaging and a label for secure delivery. Once you have packed the device, it will be delivered to us and we will send you a text to let you know we have received it. Your old agreement will then be closed and if you have chosen to renew and upgrade with Infinity Leasing, we will send your Cash Back*

Q. How do I return the old Computer or Tablet?

A. Returning the old Computer or Tablet is easy: simply fill out the form on the “Return the device” section of this website, select your requested collection date and we’ll take care of the rest. We will text you to confirm the collection date and time. Our courier will arrive at your address with special packaging and a label for secure delivery. Q. How do I change my collection date?

A. We can arrange collection of the device Monday to Friday, on hourly timeslots between 9am and 5pm. The day before your scheduled collection date, we will text you to confirm date and time, and If you need to make any changes, simply follow the instructions on the text or call our team at 0161 333 2400

Q. How do I change my collection address?

A. If you need to change the collection address, simply call the Infinity Leasing Team at 0161 333 2400.

Q. When will I receive my Cash Back*?

A. Customers who have renewed and upgraded to the latest Computer or Tablet with a new Infinity Lease agreement will receive their Cash Back* once the old device has been returned to us and their old agreement closed.

Q. Why do I need to backup my data?

A. Please don’t forget to backup all your data, including picture files and music. The device will be wiped clean and all data will be lost. If the device has a SIM card, please remove it before collection as this cannot be returned to you.

Q. Do I need to provide packaging to return the Computer or Tablet?

A. You do not need to provide any packaging, our couriers will come ready-prepared with special packaging and a label for secure delivery of the Computer or Tablet

Q. What do I need to return?

A. We only need you to return the Computer (desktop and monitor where applicable), Laptop or Tablet on your Infinity Lease agreement, along with their chargers and leads.

Q. Can anyone else access my data on the old device?

A. We recommend that you delete all data from the old device prior to returning it to us. The device will be wiped clean and all data will be lost

Q. How do I upgrade to the latest Computer or Tablet and get Cash Back* with Infinity Leasing?

A. Simply apply online and get pre-approved at www.Infinity-online.co.uk/apply or call us on 0161 333 2400. Once approved, you’ll receive your approval certificate by email. Print it off and take it to your nearest PC World or Currys store and choose a new machine.

Q. The device to be returned is not working, what should I do?

A. Please call our Infinity Leasing Team on 0161 333 2400 who will be happy to help you

Q. I'm not ready to send the Infinity Leasing device back yet, what can I do?

A. If you wish to continue leasing the device on the Infinity Lease Agreement, you do not need to do anything and your payments will continue as normal. Once you are ready to return the device, simply log back into this webpage to organise collection.

Q. Is there a penalty for returning the old Computer or Tablet late?

A. As long as you remain in possession of the Computer or Tablet, the monthly payment will continue to be payable on the Infinity Lease agreement and there won’t be any penalty

Q. Can I have the old Computer or Tablet collected from an address which is not my home address?

A. Yes you can, as long as the address is located within mainland United Kingdom and accessible by our courier.

Q. Do I need to return the accessories that came with the old Computer or Tablet?

A. No, only the hardware and chargers will need to be returned to us.

Q. Do I need to print a label?

A. There is no need to print a label, our courier will come with a Pre-Printed label to attach to the package and the old Computer or Tablet will be safely delivered to us
