RETURNING THE OLD COMPUTER OR TABLET IS FREE WITH INFINITY™LEASING
To return the old Computer or Tablet simply click on ‘Return device’ on the menu above and arrange your Free collection. Our courier will then arrive on your chosen date to collect the device and we’ll take care of the rest.
If you have upgraded to the latest Computer or Tablet with a New Infinity™ Lease Agreement, your Cash Back* will be sent to you once your old agreement is closed and the device returned.
Free Collection
To arrange your Free collection simply click on ‘Return device’ on the menu above. Then complete a short form with your collection address details along with your Infinity™Lease Agreement Number (ARN).
You choose the date
Next choose the collection date that suits you best, click ‘Submit’ and we’ll confirm the details of the device. Our courier will send you a text the night before to re-confirm the collection date and then text you again on the day of collection to confirm the time.
We’ll provide the packaging
There’s no need to pack the device as our courier will provide special packaging and a label for secure delivery. The driver will check the device and once you have packed it, deliver it securely back to us.
We’ll text you when it arrives
Once we have received the device we will text you to let you know.
Your Cash Back* is sent
Customers who have upgraded to the latest Computer or Tablet with a New Infinity™ Lease agreement, will receive their Cash Back* after their old agreement is closed and the device returned.
IF YOU HAVE
AN iPAD
If you have an iPad, you must remove it from your iCloud account to protect your
security before you return it to us. Please
click here to decouple the device.
BACKUP YOUR DATA
Please don’t forget to backup all your data, including picture files and music and delete these from the device.
The device will be wiped clean on return and all data lost.
REMOVE YOUR SIM CARD
If the device has a SIM card please remove before collection as this cannot be returned.
